Art Party is an art festival that showcases Rock Hill’s arts community, cultivates business patronage, engages the greater art world, and invites—through art and beauty—the Rock Hill community to be better neighbors. It is organized by Friday Arts Project, which is a federally-recognized Section 501(c)(3) organization located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
