Artist Studio & Gallery Registration

The art community in Rock Hill is small but strong. Old Town continues to be a place where great art is created. The Gettys Art Center and the Center for the Arts are the heart of this community. We want the artists and organizations in these buildings to be thriving, and engaging; to continue to be leaders of the Rock Hill arts community.

Gallery owners or artists who have studios in Old Town Rock Hill are invited to register to be included in this year’s Art Party Studio & Gallery Stroll.

Art Party Studio & Gallery Stroll

An integral part of Art Party is the Studio & Gallery Stroll—designed to highlight artist’s studios & galleries in the Old Town area.

Art Party Dates: NOV 18, 19 & 20, 2021 (THU through SAT)

SAT, Nov 20, 11AM – 6PM

Please endeavor to have someone at your Studio/Gallery during the Studio & Gallery Stroll Event.

STUDIO REGISTRATION: $25
GALLERY REGISTRATION: $40

*Please register as a Gallery when 3 or more artists are represented

What is included in your Registration?

MARKETING:

The $25/$40 registration fee will help cover design & printing costs for postcards, guidebooks that include Stroll cards & maps (of the studios, galleries & venues participating) as well as directional signage outside and inside of buildings.

DIGITAL MARKETING
- - You will have a page on our Art Party website with an image representative of your work or gallery—chosen from the images you upload to the registration form.
  - Friday Arts Project will forward an email invitation for Art Party 2021 to your email inbox once it is ready. Please distribute to your own patron email list & social media contacts.
  - Friday Arts Project will purchase digital ads through various avenues (Facebook, Instagram, etc) before Art Party 2021 to promote the various events including the Studio & Gallery Stroll.
PRINTED MARKETING
- - Posters will be hung at various places throughout Old Town prior to the event.
  - Directional Signage will be in place during the times of the various events.
  - Each Studio & Gallery will receive:
    - 20 postcards to “snail-mail” or hand out at your discretion.
    - Printed guidebooks that include Stroll cards & maps (of the studios, galleries & venues participating) for distribution to the public
    - a sheet of stickers of your building to apply to the stroll cards for your guests throughout the Studio & Gallery Stroll.
      The Stroll Cards are designed to invite Art Party visitors to drop by as many studios and venues as possible

General Information (for participants)

We encourage some kind of refreshment be served during the Studio & Gallery Stroll (your choice & discretion).

As a special offer to Studio/Gallery artists who Register their space and enter the competition, we are offering a $10 discount on your Juried Competition fee(s).*
